Senior Oracle HCM Cloud - BI Developer

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in developing OTBI and BI reports
• Proficient in designing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions
• Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes and data structures in HCM modules
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in troubleshooting BI reports, performance tuning, and data visualization
• Capable of independently handling end-to-end report development and enhancements
