JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
The role demands deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, business process configuration, and integration strategy.
You’ll work closely with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions that enhance workforce management and efficiency.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
2. Conduct fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and prepare functional documentation (BRDs, MD50s).
3. Configure HCM modules to meet customer-specific business processes and compliance requirements.
4. Collaborate with technical teams for integration using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher.
5. Manage data migration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and production cutover activities.
6. Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations.
7. Ensure compliance with local regulatory and data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA) standards.
8. Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM design and configuration.
9. Participate in release readiness, regression testing, and feature adoption for quarterly Oracle updates.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, IT) to ensure seamless process integration.
11. Demonstrate commitment to quality delivery and company values in all engagements.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SCOPE:

The incumbent operates with minimal supervision, applying in-depth HCM domain knowledge and Oracle Cloud expertise to deliver innovative HR technology solutions.
Work involves high complexity and cross-functional coordination, requiring strong judgment and decision-making skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HCM systems, including at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on experience in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Proven expertise in business process design, configuration, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
