 AI-Brain Power is expanding its Oracle NetSuite practice and is seeking a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team and support major digital transformation projects. We’re looking for someone with strong functional expertise, hands-on NetSuite experience, and a proven record of successful ERP implementations.

🔧 About the Role

As a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will:

• Lead full-cycle CRM/ERP project implementations as a key functional expert.
• Engage, implement, and consult with clients on the company’s suite of solutions.
• Conduct and lead business analysis and requirements‑gathering sessions following industry best practices.
• Analyze functional requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Prepare detailed functional design documents, solution blueprints, and system prototypes (PoC).
• Present solution designs to senior stakeholders and secure sign-offs.
• Guide the development team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of business requirements.
• Lead system configuration and customization of the Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in project planning activities in alignment with company SOPs.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 1 year with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform.
• Proven experience with Advanced Developer Extensions for NetSuite.
• Solid background in solution architecture, including custom logic, workflow automation, plug-ins, and integration with external modules.
