We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead high-impact digital advertising campaigns and scale our growth across multiple channels. You’ll be the performance powerhouse behind our paid strategy, Owning everything from campaign execution to funnel optimization and directly driving ROI for Metana.io, one of the fastest-growing EdTech startups in tech education. We’re building the #1 platform helping ambitious professionals break into tech, Web3, and beyond. What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research to refine targeting and maximize performance.
  • Manage PPC campaigns end-to-end from setup and bidding strategies to optimization and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to uncover actionable insights.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels through A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices.
  • Plan and manage media budgets and buying, ensuring every dollar drives measurable returns.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copy, visuals, and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.
  • Present data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders, clearly communicating what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
  • Ensure ad policy compliance and implement accurate conversion tracking through tools like Google Ads pixels, DoubleClick, and GA4.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Proven track record of scaling six-figure ad budgets with strong ROI.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, audience segmentation, and bidding optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking integrations.
  • Strong command of PPC strategy, media buying, and conversion optimization.
  • Skilled in turning complex data into clear, actionable growth decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and technical teams.
  • Bonus: Experience working in EdTech and implementing AI-driven SEO or performance strategies that delivered measurable ROI.
