Senior Paid Social Media Buyer (Lead Generation)

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team and take ownership of lead generation campaigns for the UK market within the home services industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Create and test ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy.
• Set up and manage ad accounts, tracking, pixels, conversion events, and reporting.
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and scale successful initiatives.
• Prepare reports, budget forecasts, and growth recommendations.
• Research competitors, audiences, and new opportunities.
• Work closely with the team members, Managers and service managers to achieve the optimum results

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience generating leads through paid social advertising.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.
• Ability to create or edit high-performing ad creatives.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Experience targeting the UK market.
• Experience in home services or local service businesses is a strong advantage.
