Job Description


As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Daxko’s Technology Partner Programs as they transform the fitness technology landscape by creating integrated ecosystems that empower gyms and their members to thrive. This position focuses on sourcing and onboarding new technology partners, ensuring their commercial success, and building strategic go-to-market plans. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of co-marketing and sales strategies for each partnership, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and department leaders to deliver impactful campaigns.

The Senior Partner Manager reports to the Director, Partnerships.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in Daxko’s core markets, understanding user needs, product gaps, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to prioritize partner opportunities based on market impact, integration effort, and customer value.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnerships, including co-marketing and sales enablement plans.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, organized by market and product category.

  • Lead partner outreach, presentations, and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Create compelling proposals and marketing collateral to support partnership discussions and launches.

  • Work with legal and internal stakeholders to finalize agreements and ensure compliance.

  • Partner with marketing teams (internal and external) to design and implement co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.

  • Develop sales enablement tools such as value propositions, talk tracks, and ROI calculators to support partner-related sales motions.

  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions and webinars for internal teams and partners to ensure successful execution of partnership strategies.

  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, marketing impact, and success metrics; provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to quarterly partner reviews and maintain accurate forecasts for partnership-driven revenue.

  • Create scalable playbooks and processes to ensure repeatability and efficiency in partner marketing programs.


Qualifications


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage a pipeline of sales or partnership opportunities

  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record securing valuable, long-term customer or partner contracts

  • Ability to create and project manage go-to-market plans while keeping all contributors accountable to their workflows and on-time with their deliverables

  • Ability to formulate and outline effective marketing and co-marketing strategies

  • Ability to manage a high volume of small tasks each workday while making progress toward long-term projects.

  • Comfortable being accountable to a quota or revenue targets

  • Excellent communicator in person, on the phone, via email, and with social

  • Skilled in managing partner programs, building pipeline, and driving engagement.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience

  • Six (6+) years of relevant sales, account management, or marketing experience

  • Experience using CRMs (preferably SalesForce)

  • Experience with software development, product management, marketing, digital marketing, UX, or business systems

  • Experience using marketing automation software (HubSpot), Monday.com, Jira, Learning Management Software, and Partner Relationship Management software

  • Experience running international programs with strong communication, branding, and content creation skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s in Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Nine (9+) years of relevant sales, account management, or marketing experience

  • Prior experience in the fitness industry

  • Experience working with remote teams

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer
