The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will work with a defined set of global partners to drive channel activation of Microsoft Dragon Copilot, an AI-powered clinical assistant that automates documentation and streamlines healthcare workflows through ambient and conversational AI. You will develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business goals and target markets, leveraging Microsoft’s tools, best practices, and resources. You will ensure effective execution, optimize incentives and investments, and adjust plans based on insights and KPIs. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor to partners, and grow your marketing skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge—contributing to your team’s and Microsoft’s success.

Develop and own the global GTM plan with top partners, leveraging Microsoft's marketing investments, incentives, and campaign content to drive demand and revenue growth.
Drive executive-level engagement with partner CMO and marketing leadership to grow Microsoft mindshare and investment, create joint go-to-market plans and global marketing campaigns, and ensure regional execution of global plan in partnership with regional partner marketing managers.
Drive partner-led demand generation activities within an assigned portfolio of partners, using customer insights, campaign assets, and co-marketing initiatives to create awareness and generate leads.
Optimize execution and ROI of global investments and programs, drive standardization and best practices across regions, and surface insights to uncover scalable opportunities with top global channel partners.
Coach and support partners in executing their go-to-market plans, ensuring effective use of resources, alignment with best practices, integration into co-sell days and achievement of KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all Microsoft policies and deliver governance with your partners on those policies.
Monitor and track progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions when required to ensure targets are met/exceeded.

Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
