Senior Partnership Manager

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by developing new strategic partnerships and managing existing ones. Your efforts will directly contribute to our sales targets and revenue goals. You'll also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring the success of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new partnerships as well as supporting and managing existing strategic partners.
• Define and execute partner strategies to meet sales objectives, including contract negotiations, revenue generation, and turnover targets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and partner potential to identify sales opportunities, especially within the travel and airline industry.
• Provide proactive support to partners, implementing measures that drive their success and, in turn, the success of our partnerships.
• Represent our company at key exhibitions, events, and industry gatherings, enhancing our brand presence and partner network.

Your Profile:

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• A proven track record of sales success, with several years of experience in managing or selling to partners, ideally within the travel or airline sectors.
• Excellent communication of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Solid understanding of MS Office and its applications in a business setting.
• A strong focus on achieving targets and providing exceptional service, coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, along with flexibility, efficiency, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
