Senior Partnerships & Outreach Director

What you'll do:

• Lead partnership development and outreach strategy initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations, stakeholders, and community partners
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships, and strategic alliances
• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking engagements
• Support external communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support organizational goals
• Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership plans
• Monitor outreach performance and engagement activities
• Conduct market and stakeholder research to identify growth opportunities
• Support long-term relationship management and partnership sustainability

Requirements:

• Experience in partnerships, outreach, business development, communications, or stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and external relationships
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with teams, partners, and external stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼33,000.00 per month
