Senior Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

The Pelvic Physical Therapy Role Where Your Clinical Skill, Time, and Expertise Are Fully Respected

You became a Physical Therapist to make a real impact.

To solve complex problems. To guide patients through meaningful change. To use your clinical reasoning at a high level.

And in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, that standard is even higher.

Because this work is different.

It requires time, trust, precision, and depth.

And most clinics are not built for that.

At Wellsprings Health, this role was designed specifically for Physical Therapists who understand what pelvic care actually requires.

This is not a general PT role with a few pelvic patients mixed in.

This is a true Pelvic Physical Therapy position, built around:

  • Quality over volume
  • Outcomes over speed
  • Clinical excellence over productivity pressure

If you have been looking for a role where you can slow down, think deeper, and deliver care you are proud of again, this is where that becomes your everyday reality.

Why This Pelvic Physical Therapy Role Stands Out

  • Pelvic Health is the focus, not an add-on: You will practice true Pelvic Physical Therapy, not try to fit complex cases into a general outpatient model, allowing you to deliver deeper care and stronger outcomes.
  • Time structured for real clinical work: Sessions are designed to give you the space to educate, build trust, and treat thoroughly, which is essential for pelvic health success.
  • Clinical autonomy backed by high standards: You will be trusted to make decisions and apply your expertise while working within a system that values consistency, excellence, and patient-centered care.
  • Your experience as a Physical Therapist is valued: This is a clinic where your clinical reasoning, specialty training, and professional judgment are respected and utilized daily.
  • A sustainable environment for long-term practice: Built to help you stay in pelvic health without burnout, so you can continue delivering high-quality care over time.

What You’ll Do as a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

  • Evaluate and treat pelvic health patients with depth and precision: You will work with patients navigating pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, core dysfunction, leakage, pressure, and complex conditions that require both clinical skill and trust-building.
  • Develop and progress individualized plans of care: You will use your clinical reasoning to guide patients through meaningful progress, not just follow protocols.
  • Create a safe and supportive patient experience: Pelvic health requires more than technique. You will help patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their care, which directly impacts outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a high-level clinical team: You will participate in discussions that improve consistency, elevate care standards, and strengthen outcomes across the clinic.
  • Continue advancing your expertise: Ongoing education and development are part of the culture, allowing you to keep growing as a Pelvic Physical Therapist.

Clinic Setup That Supports Real Physical Therapy

  • One-on-one care model: You provide your full attention, leading to better outcomes, stronger relationships, and higher-quality care.
  • 30 to 60 minute sessions: Built to support education, trust, and clinical depth, not rushed treatment.
  • Support staff in place: Your workflow is streamlined, so you can focus on patient care instead of administrative tasks.
  • Efficient documentation systems (AI-supported): Reduce mental load and keep your energy where it matters most.
  • High standards without high chaos: A structured environment that supports consistency, professionalism, and sustainability.
