Senior People & Culture / HCM Change Lead (Abu Dhabi)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Consultant to lead the People & Culture / HCM change workstream for a major ERP (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion) transformation programme in Abu Dhabi.

This role is suited to a senior organisational change professional who can design and drive change strategies across the HR and People & Culture domain, ensuring adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the OCM strategy and delivery for the HCM/People & Culture workstream.
• Partner with business leaders to embed organisational change initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, workforce transition planning, and change impact assessments.
• Oversee communications and engagement for impacted employee groups.
• Ensure business readiness and adoption outcomes across the programme.
• Occasional travel may be required within the Middle East.

Requirements

• Significant Organisation Change Management (OCM) experience at a senior level, ideally in consulting or complex transformation programmes.
• Experience leading People & Culture / HR / HCM change initiatives within ERP (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion) transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• UAE/local experience strongly preferred. Strong overseas candidates considered if able to self-relocate (no relocation budget).
