WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We're looking for a big-picture and data-driven thinker to join Box's People & Communities team as People Intelligence & Rewards Manager. You'll use deep data insights to drive decision-making and execution for cutting-edge, AI-first programs spanning our entire People Intelligence & Rewards team, comprised of global compensation, benefits, and people analytics & technology experts. You'll get to play a central role in driving AI adoption for the entire People team at Box and helping to implement transformative technology as part of Box's AI-first strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Bring the People & Communities AI strategy to life by launching increasingly complex AI agents that make our workflows more efficient and foster a world-class Boxer experience
  • Build, enable, and continually enhance our comprehensive people analytics roadmap, including reporting, dashboards, and predictive models across all stages of the Boxer lifecycle, in order to influence go-forward talent strategy
  • Plan for, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of high-impact compensation, benefits, and people analytics & technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with People Partners, Finance, and business leaders to reinforce our data-driven culture by telling impactful stories with data — leveraging our powerful Visier platform to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations that propel the Boxer experience forward
  • Support the global Benefits team's key programs and processes, such as analyzing benefits trends in the market and Boxer utilization of existing benefits, to inform renewal decisions
  • Support the global Compensation team's key programs and processes, including Box's year-end compensation cycle, preparing data for quarterly Compensation Committee meetings
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to all global compensation and benefits requirements

WHO YOU ARE:

We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in management or HR consulting, or in HR analytics and similar data-driven roles is required, ideally in a global and high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Visier), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with core HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
  • A strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to convert data into actionable business insights
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies and platforms to enhance People team capabilities and to drive efficiency
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and equity administration programs and processes is a plus
