Senior People Partner - HR & Employee Relations (Remote)

A global health technology company is looking for a People Partner to provide HR guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations and labor relations. Responsibilities include advising People Leaders on HR matters and managing employee relations cases. This full-time role requires in-person presence at least 3 days a week in Dubai.
