The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Creative Director to own the full creative engine and conversion experience across the entire funnel.

You Will:

Define what Ad's gets built

Control how it converts

Own how users experience the product from first click through into the portal

You will lead strategy and execution across:

Ads (Meta & TikTok)

Landing pages and funnels

User portals and on-site experience

Email (Klaviyo)

Work Style & Expectations (Important)

This is not a standard 9–5 role

Expected workload is approximately 45–50 hours per week

Creative and UX performance require constant iteration

You will be expected to:

Move quickly from concept → wireframe → execution

Support Product launches and scaling cycles

Collaborate closely with media buying during performance shifts

We are looking for someone who owns outcomes, not just output.

What You’ll Own

Creative Strategy, Hooks & Conversion Thinking

Own all hooks, angles, headlines, scripts, and concepts

Build and scale winning creative frameworks

Identify patterns in top-performing ads and replicate success

Drive messaging across:

Paid ads

Landing pages

Portal experience

Email lifecycle

Full Funnel Design, Wireframing & User Experience (Core Responsibility)

You are not just directing design — you are owning how the product converts and feels to the user.

You will:

Personally concept and wireframe (with the creative team):

Landing pages (landers)

Funnel steps (intake, checkout, upsells)

User portals (onboarding, dashboards, refill flows)

Email templates and lifecycle journeys

Own the Full Customer Experience

Design the journey from:

Ad → Lander → Checkout → Portal → Retention

Ensure every step is:

Frictionless

Intuitive

Conversion-optimized

Design & UX Responsibilities

Define:

Page structure and section hierarchy

Above-the-fold clarity and hook strength

CTA placement and flow

Mobile-first experience

Build and optimize:

High-converting lander sections

Checkout and intake UX (reduce drop-off)

Portal usability:

Clear next steps

Easy navigation

Creative Leadership (Team + Agencies)

Directly manage a 6-person internal creative team

Oversee and direct third-party creative agencies

Own output across:

Thousands of ads per month

Landing pages and funnels

Portal UX improvements

Email creative and templates

Run workflows through Asana

Act as final sign-off on all creative before launch

Creative Performance Ownership

Work directly with the Senior Media Buyer

Translate performance data into:

New hooks

Iterations

Funnel improvements

Analyze Data From Media Team:

CTR / hook rate

Conversion rates

Funnel drop-off

Creative fatigue

Continuously improve creative AND user experience

Klaviyo & Lifecycle Creative

Own email creative strategy and structure

Direct:

Core flows (welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, winback)

Campaign messaging and layout

Ensure alignment across ads → site → email → portal

AI-Driven Creative Execution

Be highly proficient with AI tools for:

Copywriting

Concept generation

Rapid iteration

Use AI to increase speed and output while maintaining performance quality

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in DTC performance creative

Proven success building:

High-converting DTC ads

Landing pages and funnels

User experience / portal flows

Strong background in:

Health, wellness, telehealth, or

Direct response / affiliate environments

Experience managing:

Creative teams (5+ people)

External agencies

Strong hands-on ability in:

Figma

Framer

Asana

Adobe Creative Suite

Deep understanding of:

Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

User behavior and friction points

What actually drives revenue

Compensation & Incentives:

$100,000 – $120,000 (USD) - Base Salary

Performance-Based Creative Bonus:

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for performance bonuses tied directly to measurable outcomes, including:

  • CPA reductions driven by creative iteration
  • Winning ads, landers, and hooks that scale sustainably
  • Landing page and email conversion improvements
  • Creative hit rate across high-volume testing

Bonuses reward results, speed, and impact — not vanity metrics.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 6 PM EST or 7:30am to 5:30PM This is a 45 to 50 hour role Mon to Friday
