Manage and scale paid campaigns (Google & Meta)Own budgets, performance tracking, and optimization Drive key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR Run creative, audience, and funnel experiments Collaborate closely with creative and business teams

What we’re looking for2.5–4 years of performance marketing experience Mandatory agency experience Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics
