Senior Performance Marketing Strategist

Position Summary:

The Senior Performance Marketing Strategist will oversee end-to-end performance marketing and digital growth for Premium female salon brand and its product line, including paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and reporting. The role is focused on driving measurable growth through Google Ads, Meta, and social media campaigns while improving website performance, conversions, and overall ROI through data-driven strategies, continuous testing, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other social media platforms, including budget planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and retargeting to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking for accurate performance measurement.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
  • Manage SEO and website performance including technical SEO, on page optimization, keyword strategy, and local SEO (Google Business Profile).
  • Improve website speed, structure, uptime, and user experience to support better conversions.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) through landing page improvements and user journey analysis.
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to execute campaigns and landing pages effectively.
  • Support brand campaigns, product promotions, and marketing calendars for Salon and product line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field with 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social campaigns with strong skills in SEO, CRO, analytics, conversion tracking, and proven ability to optimize budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills; experience in e-commerce, salon, beauty, or consumer brands preferred.
