Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead initiatives related to labor relations and employee engagement

• Act as a point of contact between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements, and internal policies

• Participate in labor negotiations and assist with grievance handling

• Analyze engagement data and recommend actions to improve workplace culture.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in labor relations or employee engagement

• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and regulatory requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive employee matters confidentially
