Senior Pharmaceutical Operations Manager

Job Summary:
CSP Pharmaceuticals W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical operations, including supply chain coordination, regulatory compliance, distribution, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products while optimizing operational performance. If you are an experienced pharmaceutical operations leader with strong regulatory and supply chain knowledge, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s healthcare sector.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily pharmaceutical operations including warehousing, distribution, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and licensing requirements
• Manage supply chain processes including procurement, forecasting, and stock management
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and healthcare partners
• Monitor cold chain logistics and product storage conditions where applicable
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality assurance procedures
• Track KPIs related to supply efficiency, delivery timelines, and product availability
• Lead and manage operations teams including warehouse and logistics staff
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and regulatory teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical operations, healthcare supply chain, or distribution
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in inventory management and logistics (cold chain experience is an advantage)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage sensitive and regulated product environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiarity with ERP or pharmaceutical management systems is an advantage

Pay: KD2,400.000 - KD4,500.000 per month
