Key Responsibilities:

Medication Management:
Dispense prescriptions accurately while reviewing for dosage, interactions, and compliance with regulations.

Patient Care:
Provide clear guidance on medication usage, side effects, and general health advice to patients.

Team Leadership:
Supervise pharmacy staff, support junior pharmacists, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain full compliance with Qatar healthcare laws, safety standards, and pharmacy best practices.

Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, manage pharmaceutical inventory, and ensure proper storage conditions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure patient safety.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist, with exposure to clinical or retail pharmacy environments.

Education & Licensing:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD). Valid Qatar pharmacist license or eligibility is required.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical regulations.

Communication:
Ability to clearly explain medical information to patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Mindset:
Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
