About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP frameworks, hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and related frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony etc.).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Implement secure coding practices to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Lead technical discussions, provide code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ReactJS, Angular
• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or cloud-based deployments.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
