Senior Piping Engineer (Oil & Gas industry)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Piping Engineer to join our Oil & Gas project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design analysis and implementation of piping systems for upstream oil and gas facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the piping design, engineering, and layout for oil and gas production facilities (onshore/offshore).
• Prepare and review piping design deliverables such as P&IDs, piping layouts, isometric drawings and material take-offs (MTOs).
• Ensure design integrity quality and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with process mechanical civil and instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
• Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and coordinate with procurement for piping materials and components.
• Support site activities including construction installation and commissioning of piping systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in piping design and engineering within the Oil & Gas industry (UAE or GCC experience mandatory)
• Proven experience in upstream oil projects (production facilities, wellheads, pipelines, etc.)
• Strong understanding of international design codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API, ASTM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Immediate availability preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 per month
