Job Brief:

We are looking for a Planner who brings passion, precision, and purpose to every project. If you have a strong background in Oil & Gas and a deep understanding of project planning, this role is your chance to make an impact. Youll be responsible for creating smart schedules, monitoring progress, and helping our teams deliver complex projects on time and with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for Oil & Gas projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and highlight any risks or delays early.
• Prepare regular reports on schedule performance and progress.
• Support project managers in resource planning and optimization.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong skills in project scheduling tools (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
