<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>8&ndash;15 years experience in planning, with at least 5 years in the UAE.</li><li>Proven experience with villa communities, mid-rise buildings, and high-rise towers.</li><li>Strong command of Primavera P6 and project control methodologies.</li><li>Excellent understanding of UAE construction practices, authorities, and contract conditions (FIDIC preferred).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
