About the Company

We are a Dubai-based renovations and construction company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and fit-out projects across the UAE. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Planning Engineer with strong expertise in reactive planning to support fast-paced renovation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for renovation and fit-out projects using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Implement reactive planning strategies to manage changes, delays, and unforeseen site conditions typical of renovation works.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure realistic and achievable schedules.
• Analyze schedule impacts, identify risks, and propose recovery plans and mitigation measures.
• Track project progress, prepare look-ahead schedules, and issue regular planning and progress reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and resource allocation to align with revised project timelines.
• Support claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT) through proper schedule analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in renovation, fit-out, or fast-track construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience in reactive and short-term planning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing site conditions.

Preferred Skills

• UAE construction and renovation market experience.
• Knowledge of local regulations, approvals, and authority requirements.
• Experience with delay analysis and recovery schedules.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
