Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), establish baselines, and develop overall project schedules.
- Progress Monitoring: Track actual progress vs. planned, analyze performance, and implement recovery plans for slippage.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources, monitor costs, and manage budgets.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare strategic reports, present plans to stakeholders, and liaise with clients, contractors, and management.
- Risk Management: Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
- Leadership: Guide junior engineers and ensure team alignment with project objectives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience: Significant experience in a relevant field (e.g., construction, oil & gas).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret drawings, and solve problems.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
