Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), establish baselines, and develop overall project schedules.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track actual progress vs. planned, analyze performance, and implement recovery plans for slippage.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, monitor costs, and manage budgets.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare strategic reports, present plans to stakeholders, and liaise with clients, contractors, and management.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Leadership: Guide junior engineers and ensure team alignment with project objectives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a relevant field (e.g., construction, oil & gas).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret drawings, and solve problems.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
