Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our project team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for programme management, baseline preparation, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims in accordance with international contract standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain baseline construction programmes using Primavera P6
• Manage and update detailed project schedules and monitor progress
• Perform critical path analysis and programme recovery planning
• Prepare and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims in accordance with FIDIC contracts
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and delay analysis
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Consultants regarding programme issues
• Support contractual claims, progress reports, and programme narratives
• Manage planning teams and provide technical leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction Management )
• Minimum 15 years total experience in planning and scheduling
• Minimum 7 years proven experience in the UAE / Emirates
• Strong experience in baseline programme development
• Extensive experience in EOT preparation and claims management
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6

Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working with Consultants and Employers in the UAE

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
