We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong civil engineering background to lead project planning and scheduling for building construction projects.

In this role, you will create project plans, monitor progress, manage timelines, and support successful project delivery.

If you are organized, detail-focused, and experienced in construction planning, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and detailed work plans
• Monitor project progress and update timelines regularly
• Track milestones, delays, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and contractors
• Prepare progress reports and planning dashboards
• Analyze risks and recommend recovery plans
• Support cost and time control for projects
• Ensure projects are delivered as per approved schedule
• Review contractor schedules and progress reports
• Assist in tender planning and project forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in planning and scheduling
• Strong background in building construction projects
• Experience in project scheduling and progress tracking
• Knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
• Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
