Senior Planning Engineer-Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
• Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Analyze delays and provide mitigation and corrective action plans
• Prepare resource loading, cash flow, and manpower histograms
• Support claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) submissions

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in planning within civil contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Experience in infrastructure/building projects preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
