Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Planning Engineer to join our client's team for the Design and Build Renovation Works for the Ministry of Sports and Youth South Sector.

This is an important government project. Your planning will guide the team. Your schedules will drive progress. Your expertise will help deliver excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules.
• Plan and program renovation works for complex projects.
• Use Primavera P6 to create and update project timelines.
• Analyze project risks, delays, and cost impact.
• Develop cost-loaded schedules using Primavera Enterprise.
• Track contracts and progress using Primavera Contract Management.
• Monitor site progress and update project programs regularly.
• Support project managers with reports and planning advice.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project planning.
• At least 8 years of experience in planning complex projects of similar size and scope.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience in Primavera Enterprise and Primavera Contract Management.
• Ability to analyze schedules and manage cost planning.
• Membership in a chartered professional body is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering similar renovation or government projects.
