Job description:
Candidate Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Expert in project scheduling, planning engineering, and program management
- Skilled in delay analysis, EOT preparation, and risk management
- Proficient with Primavera P6 and familiar with Clause 8.3 / 14.1 program requirements
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional coordination with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
- Deep understanding of budgeting, procurement, and financial controls on capital projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Core Accountabilities:
- Monitor contractor programs, identify delays, and escalate risks
- Prepare, assess, and validate EOT claims, including Time Impact and Window Analysis
- Support Resident Engineers/PMs in managing risks, delays, and opportunities
- Drive operational excellence in design delivery, resource planning, and cost control
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on project performance, risks, and corrective actions
- Coordinate manpower, cash flow, and resource planning across multiple projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and approve Clause 8.3 / 14.1 contractor submissions
- Conduct monthly delay assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation planning
- Work closely with contractor planners to track and update baseline programs
- Advise PMs on delays and help issue delay notices
- Develop and manage cash- and resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6
- Lead regular progress meetings and communicate project deliverables to stakeholders
- Support REs and site teams in resolving site-specific planning challenges
