Senior Planning Engineer – Infrastructure & Drainage Projects

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Planning Engineer .

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling construction projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and programming infrastructure and drainage projects.
• Mandatory MMUP/UPDA Engineer Registration (Grade A, B, or C).
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in the planning and successful delivery of roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in:
• Project planning and scheduling
• Baseline and recovery programme preparation
• Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Delay analysis
• Resource and cost-loaded schedules
• Experience using Primavera P6, Primavera Enterprise, and Primavera Contract Management (or equivalent project controls software).
• Previous experience working with a Main Contractor on infrastructure projects is essential.
• Chartered Civil Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) qualification is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate has a proven track record in planning successful infrastructure and drainage projects.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
