About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for villa and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to coordinate all construction activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare and update baseline programs and monitor project progress.
• Identify critical paths, delays, and provide recovery plans.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Analyze project risks and suggest corrective actions.
• Support tender and proposal preparation with time and resource estimates.
• Mentor junior planning engineers and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning for villa and high-rise construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences, resources, and site operations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• PMP or PSP certification is an advantage.
