Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Manager (Construction) to lead the planning, scheduling and project controls function across our high-rise and luxury development portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring our iconic projects are delivered with precision, efficiency and world-class execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full planning and scheduling function for complex construction projects from pre-concept to handover.
• Develop, monitor and control master project schedules using advanced planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Coordinate with project directors, construction managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure alignment with project milestones and critical paths.
• Conduct detailed delay analysis, risk assessments, and scenario modelling to support executive decision-making.
• Track progress against baseline programs and prepare regular reports, dashboards and forecasting updates for senior leadership.
• Identify potential delays or bottlenecks early and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Collaborate with commercial and contracts teams on claims, variations, and extension-of-time submissions.
• Ensure planning processes comply with UAE authority requirements and industry best practices.
• Mentor planning engineers and drive continuous improvement in project controls methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

1. 12–15+ years of progressive experience in construction planning, ideally within high-rise, mixed-use, or luxury development projects.
2. Proven expertise in Primavera P6, project controls, EOT analysis, and advanced planning techniques.
3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, resource planning, and cost-time integration.
4. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors in fast-paced environments.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead planning functions for large-scale or landmark projects in the UAE or internationally.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
