Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer / DevOps Lead to design, build, and manage a scalable, secure, and automated cloud platform. You will enable engineering teams to access platform resources efficiently, drive platform performance, and implement self-service solutions using AWS and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust platform infrastructure.
• Automate platform deployment and management using Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring solutions, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align platform solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Expertise in AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, CloudFormation), GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell) and automation experience.
• Experience with platform monitoring, performance tuning, and security compliance.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack).
• Linux/Unix system administration expertise.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP Architecture or Operations).
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (Python, Bash, C/C++, JavaScript).
