Own the reliability of automated bakery equipment and lead maintenance execution with a disciplined focus on safety, quality, and uptime.

Lead and perform AM Step 4 and PM Step 3 activities; uphold basic conditions and standard work on assigned assets.

Act as the site’s technical authority on automation systems—PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, conveyors, and pumping systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues; read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.

Execute PLC wiring, troubleshooting, and programming to resolve faults quickly and effectively.

Provide feedback on the bakery’s automation maintenance strategy and help shape training programs.

Partner with production, quality, and engineering to enhance performance and efficiency.

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications completely and accurately.

Depth in total productive maintenance and Six Sigma, including qualification of AM steps 5–6 and PM step 3.

Experience leading line teams; ability to influence in a union environment.

Strong communication (listening, speaking, writing) and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under time, people, and equipment constraints.

Night Shift (G Shift): 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Hourly rate: $45.15. Annual incentive: target of 5% of salary.
