Hiring: Senior Plumbing Consultant

Location: Kolkata, Experience: 8–12 Years, Engagement: Full-time

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Plumbing Consultant to lead plumbing design for high-value architectural projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, and large mixed-use developments. The role involves design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction-phase technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design of water supply, drainage, stormwater & STP systems

Prepare & review plumbing layouts, risers, schematics, and calculations

Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, CPHEEO & local regulations

Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Interiors & BIM teams

Support tendering, BOQs, technical evaluations & value engineering

Review site execution, testing, commissioning & handover

Mentor junior engineers and maintain design quality

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech

8–12 years of experience in building services plumbing consultancy

Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM / Revit MEP preferred

Experience with large projects / townships is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
