Senior Plumbing Technician - Service & Construction

Overview

We are looking for a high-level plumbing technician capable of handling both residential/light commercial construction projects and residential service work.

This role is ideal for someone who understands plumbing systems beyond basic installation — someone who can read plans, think critically, solve problems in the field, communicate professionally with customers, and operate with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate takes pride in clean workmanship, organized execution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and plans
• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing installations
• Handle remodel and renovation plumbing projects
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Navigate service calls independently
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Document work clearly using digital systems
• Assist with mentoring apprentices when needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years plumbing experience preferred
• Experience with both construction and service plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and layout systems
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional communication skills
• Clean and organized work habits
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
