1. Governance & Assurance

Monitor MATARAT / SJ governance frameworks in line with JEDCO requirements.

Provide oversight to ensure projects follow approved process , workflows, reporting protocols, and escalation procedures.

Participate in project health checks and audits to identify gaps in governance and recommend improvements.
2. PMIS Implementation & Optimization
-
Lead the deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Aconex, Primavera Unifier, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Define system governance protocols, user access rights, and integration with other platforms (e.g., ACONEX,SAP, BIM).
-
Support training, Implement, and user adoption strategies across stakeholders.
3. Stage Gate Control
-
Implement and manage the Stage Gate Framework aligned with JEDCO airport project lifecycles from concept to handover.

Facilitate gate reviews, ensuring the readiness and quality of deliverables before progressing to the next stage in coordination with project controls team.

Support project controls team in preparing submissions for gate approvals and maintain gate review documentation.
4. P3M3 Maturity Model Alignment
-
Co-ordinate for organizational project maturity using the P3M3 framework implementation.
-
Support the development and execution of maturity improvement roadmaps.
-
Develop templates, KPIs, and dashboards that align with desired maturity levels in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management.

Participate in the assessment of organizational maturity across the Portfolio, Programme, and Project domains using the P3M3 model.

Develop and maintain a P3M3 Maturity Roadmap tailored to airport capital programs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement maturity improvement initiatives, ensuring buy-in at all organizational levels.

Define baseline capability levels, track maturity progression, and identify gaps using evidence-based methods.

Facilitate awareness workshops and training sessions to build competency around the P3M3 model and its application across the organization.

Establish and maintain P3M3-aligned documentation, such as process maps, SOPs, role definitions, and KPIs.

Support review panels in evaluating the maturity impact of proposed changes to delivery frameworks.
5. Process and Procedure Management

Develop, review, and continuously improve PMM (Project Management ) processes (Using VISIO) , SOPs, templates, and guidelines.

Ensure alignment with corporate policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
-
Drive consistency and standardization across capex projects.
6. Reporting & Analytics
-
Generate PMO dashboards (Using Power BI) and status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
-
Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and visibility through centralized reporting tools.
-
Support Governance and management reporting processes.
7. Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building
-
Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Procurement) and external consultants to enforce governance protocols.
-
Provide mentorship and training to junior PMO staff and project teams on governance and system usage.
Promote a culture of compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
