Senior Policy Advisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Policy Advisor to join our firm’s Policy Analysis team to advise our diverse clients, including multinational corporations, NGOs, universities, and foundations, on financial, economic, and diplomatic issues. The ideal candidate will assist investment decisions with comprehensive research and analysis. This position requires a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods. As a Policy Advisor, you will work with stakeholders to develop evidence-based recommendations.

Duties

• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct in-depth research on relevant policy issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of ongoing policies to provide insights for future improvements.
• Work with internal teams to gather ideals and build consensus on policy initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Social Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Solid research skills and experience in policy analysis or other related fields.
• Ability to integrate complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
