SENIOR POOL TECHNICIAN REQUIRED

REPORTS TO: M&P Supervisor / Engineer

Job Summary:

The Senior Swimming Pool Technician is responsible for overswing the installation, maintenance and repair of swimming pool systems. He is also responsible to ensure water quality, safety and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise and lead swimming pool technician.

· Supervise and lead annual maintenance swimming pool contract.

· Install, inspect, maintain and repair swimming pool systems (Pump, Filters, Heaters, Chillers, Chemical Dosing and Electrical System).

· Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic and plumbing faults.

· Monitor water hygiene and chemical standards.

· Perform preventive maintenance

· Perform corrective maintenance

· Operate and troubleshoots pool automation and control systems

· Prepare annual maintenance schedule

· Prepare monthly maintenance report

· Respond to all emergency calls

· Coordinate with client operation team and maintenance section.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Proven experience as swimming pool and water features technician.

· Knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry and maintenance procedure

· Ability to safely handle chemicals and equipment.

· Physical ability to lift equipment and work outdoors

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting

· Must have good interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently

· Good English communication

· Good Computer skills

QUALIFICATION & EXPERINCE REQUIRED:

· High school mechanical diploma

· Certificate in pool maintenance from vocational institutes

· Must have a minimum of (5) years’ practical experience in indoor/outdoor swimming pool in hotel, resort, and residential complex.
