Job Title: Senior Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate (Off-Plan)

SKG Estates is seeking a highly experienced Sr Property Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth market knowledge, strong investor networks, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert high-quality investor and buyer leads into successful transactions
• Provide strategic advisory to clients on off-plan investments, market trends, and ROI opportunities
• Build, manage, and expand a strong portfolio of investors and HNI clients
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from client consultation to deal closure
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate regulations, project launches, and market dynamics
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance
