Senior Power BI Developer

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights using Power BI tools, helping the organization drive performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Create effective data models that support complex analytical requirements.
• Write and optimize DAX and Power Query scripts for calculated columns, measures,
  and data transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into
  technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and visualizations.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract trends, patterns, and insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data sources, and models.
• Optimize report performance and data refresh schedules.
• Work alongside data engineers and database administrators to integrate with SQL
  databases and data warehouses.
• Document report requirements, designs, and data flows as part of ongoing project
  management and governance.

We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related
  field.
• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or Power BI
  development.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Proven ability to design and build clear, concise, and engaging data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills — able to convey technical concepts to both technical
  and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts and report governance.
• Experience working with or integrating data warehouse solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI administration, including workspace and dataset
  management.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Knowledge of RLS (Row-Level Security) implementation in Power BI.
