Senior Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources such as Excel, SQL, and marketplace reports.
Automate manual reporting processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Operations, Marketing) to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Create DAX queries and data models for complex analysis.
Implement and maintain scheduled data refreshes, security roles, and workspace management.
Conduct regular performance tuning of reports and datasets.
Analyze business trends - such as sales performance, product profitability, order fulfillment rate, and inventory flow.
Support ad-hoc data analysis and presentations for management review meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Min 4 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Data Modelling, Power BI Service).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
Experience with SQL and working knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Ability to handle and interpret large data sets from multiple eCommerce sources (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation ability.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience after completion of internship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
