We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Power BI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data visualization solutions across our organization. Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise Power BI solutions that meet diverse business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing data systems.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop tailored dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.
• Design scalable data models, optimize report performance, and implement best practices for data visualization and security within Power BI.
• Provide technical guidance on data governance, compliance standards, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in business intelligence, including innovations in quantum engineering that could enhance analytical capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users at all levels to effectively utilize Power BI tools and features.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to data connectivity, model performance, or visualization accuracy promptly and efficiently.
• Adoption Roadmap: Act as an internal consultant to provide strategic direction on Power BI integration across the enterprise.
• Pipeline Engineering: Architect and manage sophisticated data pipelines and automated integration workflows to ensure a seamless flow of information.
• Governance & Standards: Establish best practices for report development, data security, and workspace management.
• Structural Optimization: Design and implement efficient, scalable data models using Star/Snowflake schemas to ensure high performance.
• ETL & Data Wrangling: Connect to diverse internal and external data sources; perform rigorous data cleansing, transformation, and normalization to ensure "single source of truth" reliability.
• Relationship Management: Define complex data relationships and optimize underlying structures for maximum query speed.
• Dashboard Development: Conceptualize and build intuitive, interactive dashboards and KPI scorecards tailored to specific business needs.
• Exploratory Analysis: Dive deep into datasets to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and hidden patterns that provide a competitive edge.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate vague business questions into precise technical requirements and visual solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strict adherence to security protocols.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize report performance, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead capacity, specifically providing strategic guidance on Power BI Tenant administration and organizational adoption.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Power BI Solutions Architect or similar role with a strong portfolio of enterprise-level BI projects.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query M language, and report optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience integrating Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, or cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics concepts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $86,886.13 - $104,637.05 per year
