Senior Power BI Report Developer

Requirements

Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of creating dynamic, complex dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Extensive experience building data models, DAX queries, and advanced Power BI features (row-level security, drill-throughs, bookmarks, etc.).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and building automated data pipelines.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise BI architecture.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business value.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
