Senior Power Platform Engineer (AI Platform)

We are building a corporate AI platform that powers products, automates core business processes, and enables new revenue streams—one of the company’s top strategic initiatives.
To accelerate this transformation, we are expanding our AI Engineering team with a
Senior Power Platform Engineer
who will design and deliver enterprise-grade copilots, agentic systems, and Power Platform solutions integrated with Azure AI services.
This is a
highly technical, hands-on role
where you will shape engineering patterns, ALM strategy, multi-environment operations, and reusable components that will enable the company’s future AI products.
Project Overview
The AI Platform delivers enterprise-wide capabilities for building AI agents and reusable AI components deeply integrated across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
-
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using
Microsoft Copilot Studio
(custom and declarative agents)
-
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions
-
Build and maintain
custom connectors
and API integrations
-
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint)
-
Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and workflows using
Azure OpenAI
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs and scalable AI solutions
-
Troubleshoot, support, and enhance deployed solutions
-
Mentor teams on:

LLM prompting best practices
-
Copilot Studio development
-
AI governance and secure design
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Platform & Environment Engineering

Experience managing
Power Platform / Copilot Studio at scale

Multi-environment setup, governance, DLP, security policies
-
ALM practices: managed solutions, environment provisioning, automation
-
CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, PAC CLI, pipelines
Copilot Studio & Power Platform

Hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Copilot Studio (custom & declarative agents)

Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse

Building custom connectors and integrations
Azure AI & LLM Engineering
-
Experience with LLMs:

Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA

Strong prompt engineering and system design skills

Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise workflows
