The Senior Power Platform Expert will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions using Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Develop end-to-end solutions leveraging Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
  • Ensure integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and external data sources.
  • Data Analytics & Visualization
  • Build advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI with optimized data models
  • Application Development
  • Design and deploy Canvas and Model-driven apps;
  • Customize SharePoint forms using Power Apps.
  • Automation & Workflow
  • Implement Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and integrations.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Apply security standards, data governance, and Power Platform best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Power BI and Power Platform development.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-200) preferred.

Technical Skill Sets

  • Power BI: Advanced DAX, Power Query, data modeling, integration with Azure services.
  • Power Apps: Canvas & Model-driven apps, SharePoint integration, responsive UI design.
  • SharePoint Online: Site architecture, content management, security configuration, PnP PowerShell.
  • Power Automate: Complex workflows, API integration, governance policies.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Fabric.
