Senior PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist(Ads-Focused)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist(Ads-Focused) with expertise in paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing performance-driven ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI, and leading our digital paid strategy with innovation and precision.

A minimum of 2-3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PPC Strategy & Campaign Management Develop tailored PPC strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ROI. Build and manage ad campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping formats. Optimize bids, budgets, and ad scheduling to achieve conversion goals.
2. Keyword & Audience Targeting Perform advanced keyword research, match-type optimization, and negative keyword strategy. Leverage audience insights, remarketing, and lookalike audiences for improved targeting. Align ad targeting with client’s buyer personas and funnel stages.
3. Ad Copywriting & Creative Optimization Write compelling ad headlines and descriptions aligned with brand voice. Collaborate with design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives (images & videos). Test variations of ad copy, CTAs, and creative formats to maximize engagement. Ensure compliance with platform ad policies.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Review and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates. Implement A/B testing for forms, CTAs, page layouts, and headlines. Ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing page experience. Target PageSpeed Insights benchmarks (90+ Performance, 90+ Accessibility, 100 Best Practices & SEO).

5. Analytics & Reporting Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels. Create campaign performance dashboards (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV). Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Continuously refine targeting and creative based on data-driven results.
6. Budget & ROI Management Allocate and manage ad spend across platforms to maximize ROI. Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets for under/over-performing campaigns. Identify scaling opportunities and reduce wasted spend through optimizations.

7. Strategic PPC Leadership Stay updated with Google, Meta, and TikTok ad platform changes and algorithm updates. Propose innovative ad strategies (e.g., Performance Max, Smart Bidding, AI-driven campaigns). Mentor junior marketing team members on PPC best practices. Suggest advanced strategies like dynamic remarketing and multi-touch attribution.

8. Collaboration Work closely with SEO, design, and content teams to ensure cross-channel alignment. Be available during business hours (9am–6pm) for campaign adjustments and approvals. Participate in strategy sessions with client teams to refine objectives and KPIs.

Deliverables Expected PPC campaign strategy documents & audience research reports. Ad account setup and structured campaign build-outs. Weekly optimization logs (bid adjustments, targeting refinements, creative tests). Monthly PPC performance reports with insights and recommendations. CRO recommendations for landing pages to increase conversions. Budget allocation and scaling roadmap.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

2–3+ years of hands-on PPC experience across multiple platforms.

Google Ads Certification & Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).

Proven track record of achieving performance goals (ROAS, CPA, conversions).

Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and data-driven reporting.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
