Roles and Responsibilities :
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented PPC Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns for various clients, including freelance projects sourced through platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure ROI and client satisfaction.
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or Amazon Ads.

Analyze client requirements and business goals to develop custom ad strategies.\

Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives in collaboration with content/design teams.

Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports to clients.

Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Requirements

2–5 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Experience working on Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a strong plus.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Understanding of SEO basics and how paid and organic efforts align.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
