Senior PPC Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Executive to manage, optimize, and scale PPC and performance-based campaigns, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will focus on ROI, revenue growth, partner performance, attribution accuracy, and scaling strategies, with hands-on experience in affiliate networks, tracking systems, coupon-based promotions, and PPC-driven traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across search and paid social platforms
• Use PPC traffic sources to support and scale affiliate marketing campaigns
• Work with affiliate platforms and networks to track performance, conversions, and revenue
• Manage affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and coupon websites
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, AOV)
• Optimize conversion rates, tracking accuracy, and attribution models
• Manage and approve coupon-based promotions, promo codes, and deal-driven campaigns
• Identify and execute scaling opportunities using PPC and affiliate channels
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, postbacks, and reporting
• Prepare detailed performance and ROI reports
• Stay updated with the latest PPC, affiliate marketing, network policies, and compliance requirements
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC and performance marketing
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing networks such as Awin, Impact, CJ, ShareASale, Partnerize, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of PPC-driven affiliate traffic, tracking, and attribution flows
• Strong experience managing coupon websites, promo codes, and deal-based campaigns
• Excellent understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, AOV, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable PPC and affiliate performance results

Salary Range

PKR 50,000 – 70,000

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to commute to DHA Phase 6, Karachi, or be willing to relocate before joining
